Having watched Sarasota change over the years, he has built deep local knowledge and a wide network of contacts across the area. Lee specializes in creating "win-win" transactions, whether a buyer is looking for a great value or a seller needs to move on a timeline. His certifications include Buffini training (2007), Certified Distressed Property Expert (2008), Platinum REO and Short Sale (2010), and Five Star Institute and RES.NET REO and Short Sale certifications (2011). Outside of real estate, he is a licensed private helicopter pilot and a former water ski champion.
