Broker Associate
Kris Broyles is a Florida native. She has been licensed in Florida real estate since 2000 and earned her Broker and Instructor licenses in 2002, the year she joined RE/MAX Gulfstream, now RE/MAX ALLIANCE GROUP. Her main focus is REO and bank-owned listings. She handles everything from inspections, repairs and asset updates to broker price opinions, contract review and closing. Kris also works on retail sales and short sales, and she helps selling agents get to a smooth closing. Her designations include CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), RES.NET REO and 5-Star REO.
